Each model or performer visually depicted in either images or videos available for viewing at surikoff.ru was a minimum of 18 years old when the content was produced.
The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit material appearing on it. With respect to such, the operators restrict their undertakings to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content contributed by third-party users. All parts of surikoff.ru on which user contributed content appears are under those users' control. This absolves the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as stated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the website may delete any materials if such are believed, at the sole discretion of the operator, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the polices and terms of use of the website.
In connection with any content displayed on the website, for which the website operator is deemed to be the “producer” (primary or secondary) as stated in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75, such content is exempt from the conditions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75 because, in addition to other things, it does not portray actual sexually explicit conduct.
The operator of the website has designated a custodian to be the keeper of original records as necessitated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records are in the care of said custodian and can be examined by sending a request through our contact form.
